Location: The Optical Gallery – Twickenham
Salary: £70,000 + bonus incentives
Hours: Full-time
Core hours: Tuesday–Friday 9am–5pm, Saturday 9am–3pm

Who we’re looking for
* A fully qualified, GOC-registered Optometrist who’s confident in combining clinical precision with personal, engaging patient care.
* Someone who values time with each patient, enjoys independent practice, and appreciates eyewear as both science and art.
We’re looking for an Optometrist who
* Performs thorough eye examinations using modern diagnostic technology (OCT, retinal photography, visual fields)
* Communicates with warmth, clarity, and genuine care
* Enjoys working collaboratively with a skilled dispensing team
* Is open to exploring lens innovation, fashion-forward eyewear, and individualised care
* Wants to be part of an award-winning practice where optics meets culture
What you’ll be doing
* Using advanced technology (OCT, retinal imaging, visual fields) to deliver comprehensive care.
* Providing detailed explanations and recommendations for each patient.
* Supporting the dispensing team to ensure seamless patient experiences.
* Maintaining accurate clinical records and offering the highest professional standards.
