SEN Teaching Assistant – The Role
Work with pupils across Reception to Year 4 with a range of needs including ASD, sensory regulation, emotional regulation, physical disabilities, deafness, and developmental delays. Provide personal care for pupils who are not yet toilet trained, particularly in Reception. Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals. Flexibility is essential, as support may be required across different classes depending on need.
