This year 2024 will once again markthe history of Jouffre as we seek to develop a new workshop inLondon Jouffre Limited. This projectrepresents much more than a simple expansion its for us a realchallenge and an opportunity to build something remarkableagain.
MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THEPOSITION
What is exciting is thateverything has to be developed! From the search of the ideallocation to the recruitment of an exceptional team and itsmanagement including the acquisition of equipment and thedevelopment of production processes. Every day will be a new stepin building a truly special new workshop.
To giveyou a little more detail you will be responsible for the workshopsas well as all production within the company. By maintaining a veryhigh level of requirements in terms of results and involvement youwill be in charge with the Country Manager of the serenitywellbeing pleasure at work of the team that we are going to recruitas well as of their personal development.

RESPONSIBILITIES&MISSIONS
Developmentof the workshop (with the CountryManager)
* Identifies andevaluates opportunities for setting up the workshop inLondon.
* Manages the searchselection and negotiation of premises for theworkshop.
* Oversees thelayout of the production space ensuring it complies with safetystandards and productionrequirements.
Purchasesof Machines andEquipment
* Identifiesthe needs for equipment and machines for theworkshop.
* Manages theprocess of purchasing delivering and installing the machines neededforproduction.
ProjectCoordination
* Collaborateswith the Country Manager to understand customer needs and planprojects accordingly to align production goals with overallbusiness strategy
* Organizecoordinate and monitor daily production schedules and ensure youmeet deadlines and time and qualityrequirements
* Communicatesregularly with various internal and external stakeholders to ensureeffective coordination of productionactivities
* Ensures qualitycontrol at all steps before carrying out deliveryoperations
Managementof Supplies andInventories
* Establishedpartnerships with suppliers of materials and supplies necessary forthe production
* Managesinventory efficiently to ensure availability of materials neededfor theproduction
Recruitmentand TeamManagement
* Initiallycarries out seat upholstery and drapery work depending on theclients needs
* Recruitstrains and supervises a team of experiencedupholsterers
* Developstraining programs necessary to ensure quality and consistency ofwork
Once the team isestablished and as Manager supervises the teams performance andprovides support to foster a productive and motivating workenvironment. We are looking for a candidate who isan Upholsterer with a minimum of10 years of experience and who ideallyhas experience in production management projects and teammanagement or at least a great desire to improve skills in theseareas!
Of course planning and monitoringproduction in a manufacturing workshop no longer holds any secretsfor you! Perfectly autonomous and agile you like challenges and youknow how to inspire a team and support a company in its human andeconomic performance and international development. You are a trulypositive dynamic proactive and optimistic leader even if you havecharacter because you know how to questionyourself.
Your communication your organizationand your ability to manage tense situations are your mainstrengths. You are constantly proactive and you like to takeinitiatives. Prerequisites:
* Bea professional upholsterer with 10 years ofexperience
* Experiencerequired in the highendsector
* Be bilingual inEnglish French is aplus
* Have worked in Londonor at least a good knowledge of the Londonmarket
* Have good command ofIT tools
* Have had anexperience in project management production and team management(Management) is a realplus

Salary:48800.00 gross per year withbenefits:
1.5 days holiday per monthplus bank holidays (according to the British Law)
1 day holiday will be earned each yearup to a maximum of 25 days holiday per year

2 first monthlyrent to be paid by the company
