Person specification
* completion of application form relevant to post
* evidence of understanding of the role of an HCA in a Hospice at Home team
* evidence of team working
* evidence of working autonomously
* NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent
* Hospice at Home HCA experience
* communication skills training or evidence of courses/study
