We’re growing rapidly across the UK and US and are launching our Graduate Scheme to develop the next generation of high-performing search professionals.
As part of our Lead Generation & Outreach team, you’ll help drive our growth by connecting with senior lawyers and law firm leaders, building relationships and identifying new opportunities across global markets.
This is a hands-on, commercial role that combines research, communication and strategy - and it’s designed as a pathway to becoming a Consultant at Tenex. As you develop, you’ll take on greater responsibility for managing client relationships and delivering high-impact search projects.
What you’ll do:
* Identify and engage prospective candidates and clients across UK, US and international markets
* Build and manage outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email and phone
* Support senior consultants on live searches and client development
* Track market movements and opportunities to inform our strategy.
What we’re looking for:
* A recent graduate or early-career professional with strong communication skills
* Commercially minded, organised and proactive
* Interested in business, law or professional services
* Ambitious, resilient and eager to learn.
