We're seeking an experienced Procurement Data Analyst with a strong public sector background and in-depth knowledge of PCR 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023. You'll play a key role in implementing a new procurement platform (Ivalua), integrating across Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay, and working closely with systems like Workday.
What you'll do:
1. Lead data strategy, migration, and quality assurance for a major procurement digital transformation
2. Manage integration between Ivalua, Workday, and other enterprise platforms
3. Design dashboards and KPIs to deliver actionable procurement insights
4. Analyse data to identify trends, ensure compliance, and support strategic decisions
