What is a Multichannel Marketing Apprenticeship?
A multichannel marketing apprenticeship provides training in how to promote a business across multiple platforms—such as social media, email marketing, and content creation—while also learning the fundamentals of effective business administration. You’ll gain real-world skills in digital communications, branding, and marketing strategy, alongside day-to-day office and team support. This apprenticeship is ideal for someone with a creative flair and a passion for organisation.
About the Role:
As a business administration apprentice with a focus on multichannel marketing, you’ll support the smooth running of our organisation while also contributing to our digital presence and internal development. This is a hands-on apprenticeship where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide essential administrative support to the team, especially to Family Time Support Workers
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and interviews
Take and distribute minutes from key meetings
Manage and update internal databases, offering light tech support when needed
Assist with invoicing, budgeting, and financial reporting
Maintain office equipment and oversee supply needs
Handle internal and external communications professionally
Help prepare internal reports and presentations
Maintain organised and compliant documentation and records
Support recruitment processes, including interviews and onboarding
Ensure staff files are kept up-to-date and compliant
Bring creativity to our marketing channels including social media platforms
Assist with developing and improving systems and workflowsWho We’re Looking For:
