This is an exciting opportunity for a BDM to join the sales team; you will be responsible for driving growth. Developing marketing position and expanding customer base. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute business development strategies to drive new revenue, positioning Microsoft Security-integrated solutions within the market. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, leading negotiations and maximising deal value across the full sales lifecycle. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders, clearly communicating service value and differentiation. Manage bid and proposal development alongside CRM, pipeline tracking, and end-to-end sales operations to support consistent growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales and marketing initiatives, leveraging market insights and industry trends to strengthen positioning and performance. Essential Criteria: 3+ years' experience in business development/sales within cyber security services, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel and Defender solutions. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in fast-paced, high-growth or startup environments. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage customers and partners effectively. Analytical and commercially minded, using data-driven insights to inform decisions, solve problems, and optimise performance. Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive growth in dynamic environments.
