Administrator, part-time
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to take up an administrative role within our team based in Kendal.
The role
* Preparing invoices to clients on a monthly basis
* Taking a proactive approach to payment of invoices by liaising with the management team on a regular basis
* Ensuring new jobs are set up in accordance with audit requirements
* Being a key member of the team by assisting with any administrative task as required.
* Dealing with face to face and telephone enquiries
* Assisting with general administrative duties
Skills and Experience
· Excellent organisational skills
· Comfortable engaging with clients and the general public
· A positive telephone manner
· Good IT skills using Office 365
· An Administrative qualification would be advantageous
· Prior experience in a similar role would be helpful but not essential as training will be given.

This is a part-time position, working over 3 days, but there is flexibility around this and will be discussed at interview. The salary stated is based on full-time hours.
