Responsibilities
* Deliver a great customer service experience, ensuring your team delivers sales through service.
* Help the team get the job done – checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch and putting orders together.
* Inspire and encourage a positive mindset, building a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
* Help develop your team – build relationships, support future business growth and succession planning, ensuring customers leave with everything they need.
* Lead from the front by coaching, motivating and engaging your team, creating a great place to work where engagement is key.
* Build a fun working environment – maintain product availability and high branch standards, making your branch a place everyone loves coming to work.
* Show pride in developing high performing and engaged retail teams.
