Interim Legal Counsel – Commercial IP (Media)
S&H have been instructed by a leading global media business on an exciting new Legal Counsel hire on an interim basis. The role will focus on commercial and marketing legal work.
Key responsibilities
* Draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts including B2B and B2C agreements particularly marketing, procurement MSAs, and content‑creation and use agreements.
* Handle acquisition and distribution of content, and manage commercial IP.
* Support with legal processes and the contract lifecycle.
Experience requirements
* 2‑4 years' post‑qualification experience (this is a guide only).
* Must have commercial IP or content legal experience.
* Useful: awareness of data protection and platforms experience.
* Strong at commercial contracts.
