The first line Risk & Controls function at Deutsche Bank sits within the Group Technology Infrastructure (GTI) for Deutsche Bank Group. GTI has the largest footprint within the Technology, Data and Innovation (TDI) division and is joined by other business-aligned Chief Information Office (CIO) IT divisions. The Risk & Controls team provides guidance, challenges the status quo, and ensures secure and resilient systems.
In this role, Group Architecture partners with GTI across TDI. You will work within GTI but focus on Group Architecture content, contributing to remediation and operational resilience activities.
As an Embedded Risk Team Member, you will promote risk reduction aligned with Group Architecture and TDI objectives through proactive management, guidance, partnership, and remediation.

Your key responsibilities
* Manage and drive remediation of findings in collaboration with GTI teams
* Provide technology risk expertise related to Deutsche Bank’s landscape
* Support risk landscape and cultural shifts within GTI for risk mitigation
* Ensure compliance with Risk and Governance methodologies, including audit findings and issues
* Build networks to promote best practices and facilitate effective escalation
* Challenge existing practices for continuous improvement
Your skills and experience
* Experience in roles with similar complexity, especially in technology, banking tech, or IT audit with risk/control focus
* Deep understanding of industry risk landscape and regulations (NIST, COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001)
* Project management, organizational change, or quality management experience
* Stakeholder influence and cross-cultural leadership skills
* Continuous learning mindset, results-oriented, capable of working under tight deadlines
