Your Key Responsibilities as the Semi Senior Accountant
* Preparation of statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
* Preparation of corporation tax returns and personal tax returns
* Assisting with VAT returns, bookkeeping, and management accounts
* Supporting senior accountants and managers with client work and ad hoc tasks
* Liaising with clients to gather information and resolve queries
* Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and deadlines
* Using accounting software to maintain accurate financial records
To be considered for this Semi Senior Accountant position
* Part-qualified ACA or ACCA (or equivalent experience in practice)
* Solid experience within an accountancy practice environment
* Good understanding of accounts preparation and basic tax compliance
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident communicator with a professional approach to clients
* Keen to develop and progress within a supportive team
