Experience Strategy Director
Key information:
* Initial 12-month fixed-term contract
* Salary in the region of £90,000, per annum pro rata DOE
* Hybrid working model - typically 3 days in the office per week
* Full-time (5 days/week) or part-time (4 days/week)

Overview:
We are seeking an entrepreneurial Experience Strategy Director to lead CX initiatives and deliver strategic work for clients in a highly creative environment.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Own end-to-end experience strategy, transforming data into actionable CX insights
2. Lead research initiatives and collaborate with teams to enhance consumer experiences
3. Develop briefs from insights to grow client brands and communicate their benefits
4. Represent CX in client meetings, leading workshops and presentations
Ideal Candidate:
1. Experience in consumer experience for global clients
2. Proficient in creating experience maps and developing creative briefs
3. Data-savvy with strong communication and organizational skills
4. Self-motivated with the ability to influence strategic direction and multitask
5. Willing to travel within the UK and Europe for meetings
Interviews / Start:
Interviews are scheduled for October, with an ideal start date in November or December.
