Role: Warranty Administrator
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: 35.5 hours per week | Monday Friday
Key ResponsibilitiesWhat Were Looking For:
* Key Responsibilities:
o Serve as the main contact for customer queries and communication with the service centre.
o Manage vehicle bookings efficiently, ensuring accurate entry and exit logs are maintained.
o Provide consistent updates to customers regarding job progress and status changes.
o Work closely with the Aftermarket Coordinator to help organise workshop schedules and workloads.
o Track and update job-related order numbers, following up on quotations where required.
o Oversee job costing and ensure all work is closed out correctly in accordance with internal procedures.
o Submit and process warranty claims in line with both internal and external (supplier) policies.
o Collect and verify required information from other departments to support warranty submissions.
o Keep detailed and up-to-date warranty claim records and assist with recovering related supplier costs.
o Highly organised with strong administrative skills and a methodical approach to tasks.
o Confident communicator, both face-to-face and in written form.
o Comfortable liaising with internal teams and external customers in a professional manner.
o Detail-driven, with a focus on accuracy and consistency in documentation.
o Previous experience in a warranty or service administration role is an advantage.
