Salary: £31,934 per annum (48 hours/week, approx. £12.75/hour) + tips & benefits

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you’ll join a highly skilled kitchen brigade, supporting the Chef de Partie and senior team in delivering outstanding food and service.
Responsibilities
* Take responsibility for your section, supporting smooth daily operations
* Assist with food preparation and service to exacting standards
* Contribute creative ideas for menus and seasonal dishes
* Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and organisation
* Supervise and support Commis Chefs as required
* Adapt flexibly across different kitchen sections
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience at Commis or Demi Chef de Partie level in a quality kitchen
* Passion for food, attention to detail, and creative flair
* Ability to perform under pressure in a busy, fine-dining environment
* A positive, ambitious, and team-focused attitude
* Flexibility with working hours
