What you’ll do
Join our team as a Duty Manager where your proven leadership skills will be put to use managing a reliable, high-performing team that ensures the smooth running of our hotel. If you’ve led a team in a retail environment, you’ll use your experience, excellent communication, and organisational skills to manage everything from health & safety standards to creating an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience leading people in a supervisory or management role (retail or similar).
* Ability to deliver outstanding customer experience and inspire others.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Immediate availability preferred; leadership experience relevant to hotel operations.
What you’ll get
* Pay rate: Up to £13.86 per hour (day shift).
* Contract type: Permanent – no zero hours contracts.
* Hours: 32 hours per week.
* Location: Eastern Esplanade, Southend On Sea, SS1 2YT.
