A global integrated logistics organisation is seeking an experienced Lead CMMS/IFS EAM Consultant to lead the optimisation of its asset management landscape. You will shape strategy, drive IFS Apps 10 / IFS Cloud improvements, and deliver measurable gains in asset reliability, maintenance efficiency, and operational decision‑making across a global network.
Key responsibilities
* Define and drive the IFS EAM strategy and roadmap to deliver business value and long‑term improvements.
* Lead optimisation of Work Order Management, Asset Registry and Preventive Maintenance to improve uptime and reduce TCO.
* Improve maintenance planning, scheduling and resource utilisation; introduce mobile maintenance best practices for field efficiency.
* Own integrations and technical enhancements (IFS Connect, APIs) to improve data flow between maintenance, inventory, finance and projects.
* Translate asset and maintenance data into forecasts, dashboards and insights that inform operational and investment decisions.
* Lead cross‑functional initiatives, mentor teams, ensure strong governance, documentation and sustainable solutions.
Required experience and skills
* 7+ years hands‑on experience with IFS Apps 10 and IFS Cloud, with end‑to‑end EAM implementations or optimisation projects.
* Proven track record in asset‑intensive sectors (logistics, manufacturing, energy, maritime or similar).
* Strong functional knowledge of maintenance, planning, asset management and mobile work order solutions.
* Practical experience with integrations (APIs/IFS Connect), reporting and asset performance analysis.
* Leadership capability: managing projects, influencing stakeholders and delivering cross‑discipline change.
* IFS certification is a strong advantage.
