Teaching Assistant General Level 2 - Stafford Manor High School
Full time (32.5 hours per week) — 32.5 hours per week, term time only. Grade 3 £25,185 per annum (to be paid pro-rata).

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience, or a motivated individual new to the profession who wishes to make a difference to a child’s education. You will be able to engage students in their learning and promote positive behaviour. With initiative and creativity you will support the development of our students’ experiences and contribute to the school’s success.
Responsibilities
* Provide support for students within a classroom environment (and during examinations) in line with guidance on EHCPs, IEPs and Access Arrangements.
* Work with students on an individual or small group basis, under the direction of the SENDCO or classroom teacher, providing learning and pastoral support.
* Liaise with classroom teachers on the progress students have made to inform future support and planning.

We are seeking to appoint a full-time Teaching Assistant who will be paid term time only, to commence as soon as possible.
