GCSEs (Grade C or above) in English and Maths (or equivalent) (essential) Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a calm, professional manner A team player with the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Empathy and enthusiasm for working with young people, including those with additional needs Experience in a school setting, and/or knowledge of SEND and pastoral support ( desirable) Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and child development What are your responsibilities?
