We're offering an exciting opportunity to join our friendly office team as an Apprentice Care Coordinator.
You'll learn how to plan care schedules, communicate with clients and carers, and help ensure our clients receive the highest quality of support to live independently at home. Working alongside experienced staff, you'll gain valuable skills in communication, administration, and care management while completing a nationally recognised qualification.
