Are you looking for consistent night shift work in a fast-paced warehouse environment? Adecco is currently recruiting for Night Shift Warehouse Operatives to join a leading food production and distribution company in Cramlington.
This is a temporary ongoing opportunity with immediate starts available.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Picking and packing food products to order
Loading and unloading goods
Working in chilled or ambient warehouse areas
Following food safety and hygiene guidelines
Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and organised
Supporting warehouse operations as required
✅ Ideal Candidate:
Previous warehouse or logistics experience (food industry is a bonus)
Comfortable working night shifts in a physically active role
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Flexible and available for ongoing work
⏰ Shift Pattern:
Night shift hours: Typically 8PM - 5 AM
Some flexibility required - overtime may be available
