Patent Administrator

My client, a legal firm based in West Kent require an ambitious and hardworking individual to join them as a Patent Administrator on a full time basis.
This company, who cultivate a 'family feel' are expanding due to success and require an intelligent, career minded Patent Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.
Supporting a busy team including fee earners and more senior Patent Administrators, this will be a fast paced and varied role which requires someone with a strong work ethic, who enjoys an all-round involvement in the business they work for and is looking for a long term career.
Duties will include:
1. Providing a high level of administrative support to a range of stakeholders
2. Working collaboratively with other PAs
3. Document, diary and email management
4. Proactively and reactively working to support fee earners
5. Being the first point of contact to customers offering exceptional customer service
6. Offering any other ad-hoc support as necessary

The ideal candidate will be/have:
7. Educated to at least A Level standard
8. A meticulous attention to detail
9. Experience working in administration within a corporate environment, ideally legal
10. Advanced IT skills including proficiency using MS Office
11. An excellent grasp of the English language, both written and verbal
12. Numerate
13. The ability to prioritise a busy workload
14. A calm and professional outlook
