At Currys we're united by one passion: to help everyone enjoy amazing technology. As the UK's best-known retailer of tech, we're proud of the service our customers receive – and it's all down to our team of 25,000 caring and committed colleagues. Working as one team, we learn and grow together, celebrating the big and small moments that make every day amazing.
Our Home Delivery & Logistics Network plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, supporting our mission to help everyone enjoy amazing technology. We're proud of the colleagues who make this possible every day, and we're now looking for a Change and Quality Partner to help us continue delivering operational excellence across our network.
In this key role, you'll act as the link between business change and operational readiness — ensuring that new projects, system developments, and process improvements are fully assessed, rigorously tested, and seamlessly implemented. Working within a structured Change Control process, you'll safeguard the accuracy of our operational flight plan, support system testing and user acceptance activities, and collaborate with teams across the wider business to ensure every change enhances service performance and minimises disruption.
This role involves regular travel to sites across the UK and Ireland, typically 3–4 times per month.
Role overview:
As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:
* Assessing project readiness by reviewing documentation, user journeys, process maps, and test evidence ahead of go‑live, ensuring activity owners are preparing the network effectively through clear communication, coordinated training, and accurate change impact summaries.
* Supporting the planning, execution, and documentation of testing for enhancements to our core route planning and colleague delivery execution systems.
* Analysing testing results and post‑implementation feedback, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve system performance and user experience.
* Visiting sites regularly across the UK and Ireland to gather frontline feedback, understand how changes have landed, and identify opportunities to improve the delivery of change to our colleagues.
* Acting as a key point of contact across multiple business areas, ensuring aligned plans, clear understanding of next steps, and a smooth route to successful implementation.
You will need:
* Proven experience in a change management or similar role within a retail, logistics, or supply chain environment.
* Strong change management capability, including impact assessment, readiness planning, validation, and effective stakeholder engagement.
* Demonstrable experience in continuous process improvement, ideally within a retail or logistics operation.
* Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into meaningful actions.
* Outstanding communication, documentation, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage at all levels.
* High attention to detail, strong accuracy, and a proactive approach to identifying risks and issues.
* A collaborative team player with the ability to build strong relationships and positively resolve conflict.
* Full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel to sites across the UK and Ireland.
We know our people are the secret to our success. That's why we're always looking for ways to reward great work. You'll find a host of benefits designed to work for you, including:
* Performance related bonus.
* Competitive pension scheme.
* Product discounts on the latest tech.
