About the Opportunity
Shape the Future of Critical Defence Infrastructure | £1bn Framework
Are you passionate about driving continuous improvement and knowledge sharing in the defence sector? Join our innovative team at Amentum, where you'll lead our strategic Learning from Experience (LfE) initiatives across the £1bn Non-Nuclear Engineering Partnership (NNEP) with the client.
This pivotal role orchestrates the NNEP Learning from Experience process, fostering knowledge sharing across the framework, with the client and Amentum. Directly reporting to the Key Account Director, you'll provide crucial lessons learnt within the Framework, while developing compelling experience-based case studies for future work. Leading the Knowledge-Innovation-Lesson life cycle process, you'll drive continuous improvement that creates lasting organisational value.
• Proactively seeking opportunities to establish lessons learned across the NNEP framework
• Expertly coordinate, facilitate and chair lessons learned sessions, conducting targeted individual sessions where beneficial.
• Recording the lessons learned output to ensure all records are comprehensive and up to date.
• Communicate lessons learned throughout the NNEP team and wider Amentum and client organisation to drive knowledge integration
• Champion and drive the implementation of lessons learned within the NNEP framework to deliver tangible improvements
• Cultivate productive relationships with client Stakeholders to develop a collaborative, effective lessons learned process
• Lead the NNEP Client Expectation and Satisfaction Survey process, taking ownership of the resulting action plan to enhance client satisfaction
• Foster collaboration with Innovation and Technology Leads to amplify organisational capabilities
• Leverage historic Amentum and client insights to inform current practices and drive continuous improvement
