Your new roleAs Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the day-to-day financial operations and supporting the strategic financial sustainability of the organisation. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Resources, you will be responsible for: Preparing monthly management accounts and annual financial statements (FRS 102 & Housing SORP) Leading the annual budgeting process and long-term financial forecasting Managing cash flow, loan covenants, and treasury activities Overseeing financial systems and controls, including process improvements Line managing finance staff and supporting financial literacy across the organisation.
