About This Role
We’re seeking a Teller to join our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division as part of our National Branch Network. In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the local community, providing essential financial services to residents, employees, and local businesses. Your Responsibilities
* Engage with customers by processing teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and connecting them with bankers.
* Complete operational activities while minimizing risks in accordance with established policies.
* Perform routine transactional and customer support tasks efficiently, leveraging your knowledge of bank procedures and products.
* Receive guidance from managers and exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures.
* Escalate questions and issues to more experienced team members as needed.
* Build relationships with customers, demonstrating care and completing requested transactions.
* Identify and recommend services to meet customers' financial needs.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
* 6+ months of customer interaction experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Desired Qualifications:
* Military experience (transitioning service member, reserve member, or veteran) and currently enrolled in a college or university program.
* Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
* Ability to educate customers about technology and mobile banking options.
* Integrity and professionalism in interactions with customers and team members.
* Experience collaborating with a team to meet customer needs.
* Cash handling experience.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to identify potential fraud and take appropriate action.
* Proficient in building and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues.
Job Expectations
* Willingness to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
* This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
