BASIC FUNCTIONS: Promote the company mission statement, vision, and values in a professional and creative manner. Identify potential clients to increase market share, sales, and profitability, while also providing exceptional customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:
* Maintain, establish, and grow relationships with plumbers, property managers, insurance agencies, and agents.
* Coordinate meetings, lunches, and presentations to educate employees on company/industry news.
* Host and organize promotions for continuing education classes for clients and potential clients.
* Handle administrative responsibilities for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) client software.
* Coordinate and participate in industry tradeshows, client events, industry/marketing events, charity events, and other community projects.
* Maintain active membership in industry associations.
* Develop and monitor social media sites.
* Assist with commercial and residential emergency response marketing.
* Track and record lead sources.
* Maintain and order Marketing Department supplies and other offset supplies as needed.
* Handle administrative duties during commercial losses and CAT events.
* Develop and contribute to strategies for improving marketing standards and processes.
* Continuously develop better marketing processes and complete marketing-related projects in a timely manner.
* Serve as Project Manager for special campaigns and assignments.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
EXPERIENCE: Entry level to mid-career, 2+ years of professional experience. Experience with construction project management and/or property and casualty insurance is beneficial but will train the right candidate.
LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS: Valid driver’s license is required. WRT/ASD/FSRT/CRMR certification is a plus.
