Supported Living Worker - CQC Accommodation Based
Earn £13.45 per hour (£26,300 per annum) plus great benefits including Health Cash Plan

What you’ll do
1. Help customers with everyday tasks like cooking, shopping, budgeting and keeping their home
2. Customer group – Mixed age group of people with learning difficulties
3. Support personal goals and independence as set out in customer support plans
4. Assist with appointments, hobbies, college or work
5. Provide personal care and medication support where needed
6. Complete risk assessments, set goals and review progress

You have
7. Level 2 Health and Social Care Certificate, or willing to work towards
8. Passion to support our customers to live their best life, working together with an eye for detail
9. Experience of caring for others, professionally or personally
10. Confident using initiative, calm under pressure and resilient

The practical bits
11. Where we’re flexible with you, we do need to meet the needs of our customers. That may mean adapting your start or finishing times on occasion.
12. You’ll work on a 4 week rolling rota basis from 8am till 10pm Monday to Sunday
13. You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
