The Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Workday Solution Architect to join our client's dynamic consulting team in London. You'll lead transformative Workday Financials projects, delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive business transformation, process optimisation, and system integration.
What You'll Do Architect end-to-end Workday Financials solutions, including Foundational Data Model design
Align deliverables across functional, integration, and data teams
Engage directly with client stakeholders, from finance professionals to the C-suite
Deliver impactful demos, discovery workshops, and strategic proposals
Work closely with project and engagement managers to ensure alignment with technical requirements
Conduct business analysis, run solution workshops, and configure Workday systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value to clients
Mentor and support the development of junior team members
About You Experienced in finance transformation, ERP, or Workday Financials (implementation or enterprise user)
Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology with business goals
Skilled in stakeholder management, including with executives and technical leads
Strong understanding of integration architecture (APIs, middleware, legacy systems)
Proven leadership of delivery teams, including offshore and cross-functional groups
Comfortable presenting complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
