As a Senior Care Assistant with Meallmore, you will have a vital role in guiding our team in our mission to provide high-quality, personalised care:
1. Collaborating with the Registered Nurse/Team Leader to consider, plan, implement, and evaluate the comprehensive care needs of each individual using our service.
2. Cultivating and encouraging a positive work environment and practices that are safe and meet all relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
3. Utilising an all-inclusive approach to achieve outcomes in cooperation with all departments within our care service.
What we're looking for:
1. You will be registered as a supervisor with the Scottish Social Services Council within the necessary time frame.
2. You will be on a journey to obtain the qualifications needed for SSSC registration.
3. Holding an SVQ level 3 or higher, or its equivalent, in Social Services & Healthcare is a desirable trait.
4. You will have a PDA or an equivalent in Supervision.
You will successfully graduate from the Meallmore Upskills Academy Senior Care Worker Programme.
Pay rate: £12.51 - £13.45 + Competitive benefits + overtime rates
