Now, they’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (Go-To-Market) to own and drive hiring across their commercial functions during this next phase of scale.
The Role You’ll Own
* Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-impact GTM roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
* Develop and execute tailored hiring strategies that attract top commercial talent across multiple European markets.
* Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to define role priorities, build interview frameworks, and shape assessment criteria.
* Bring creativity and rigour to sourcing - leveraging outbound, market mapping, community engagement, and referral strategies to find exceptional candidates.
* Advance and optimise recruitment processes, ensuring scalability and a world-class candidate experience as the company continues 2–3× growth.
* Act as a brand ambassador for the company’s mission, culture, and product story in every candidate interaction.
Your Profile
* Based in Europe, with strong knowledge of the European GTM hiring landscape in SaaS or AI/tech-driven environments.
* 4+ years of in-house experience in fast-scaling organisations, with 8+ years total experience in recruitment.
* Proven success hiring across a breadth of GTM functions - including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
* Skilled stakeholder manager, capable of influencing senior commercial leaders and shaping talent strategy.
* Confident working in a remote-first, high-growth, and data-informed environment.
* Experienced using modern ATS tools and analytics to track, measure, and improve hiring performance.
