Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on behalf of our client based in Kidderminster. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company on a temporary to permanent basis, supporting the finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks.
The Duties of an Accounts Assistance:
* Processing invoices and payments
* Managing purchase and sales ledger
* Reconciling bank statements
* Assisting with VAT returns
* Supporting month-end and year-end processes
* Responding to internal and external finance queries
* General admin duties to support the finance team
The Requirements of an Accounts Assistant:
* Previous experience in a similar accounts or finance role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good Excel and numeracy skills
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
