We're looking for a commercially minded Digital Content & Ecommerce Executive to own how our products appear, perform, and convert across our online sales channels.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited to someone who thrives on structure, precision, and presentation. You'll be responsible for ensuring our product listings, imagery, and digital assets are polished, consistent, and optimised across all online sales channels.
You'll have the freedom to bring ideas to life within our brand guidelines, using existing templates as a foundation to create high-quality content that boosts online sales.

Key Responsibilities
· Own the organisation and maintenance of all product imagery and digital assets
· Edit, resize, and optimise images for website, marketplaces, and social media
· Create compelling A+/enhanced product content to improve conversion
· Design web and promotional graphics using templates and brand guidelines
· Write, refine, and maintain accurate, engaging product titles and descriptions
· Upload and manage content across the website and online marketplaces
· Support expansion into new online marketplaces
· Ensure consistent visual presentation and brand tone across all channels
· Support social media content creation, including graphics and light copy
· Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure content accuracy
· Carry out occasional basic product photography (in-house)
What We're Looking For
· 2–4 years' experience in a digital content, ecommerce, or similar hands-on role
· Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
· Confidence using image editing tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom or similar)
· Clear, customer-focused writing skills for product content
· Experience working with ecommerce platforms (Shopify or similar)
· Comfortable managing multiple content tasks and deadlines
· Confident using spreadsheets (Excel or similar) to manage and upload product data
You're someone who notices the details others miss — from image quality to copy accuracy — and understands how great execution directly impacts conversion and sales.
Nice to Have
· Experience managing content across multiple sales channels or marketplaces
· Basic SEO knowledge for product listings (keywords, titles, structure)
· Familiarity with social media scheduling or content tools
· Experience in home textiles and/or apparel
· Experience with Linnworks
What This Role Is Not
