What you’ll be doing...
* Motivating and managing a team
* Controlling and managing a budget
* Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence
* Act as the designated regional trainer for Textured Modified Food (TMF), delivering training, support, and best‑practice guidance to colleagues.
Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7 | 37.5 hours per week.
