We’re looking for enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join our team in secondary schools across South Gloucestershire. If you’ve been thinking about a career in education, or you simply want hands-on classroom experience, this role is the perfect starting point.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting teachers in creating positive, engaging lessons
* Helping students who need extra guidance to stay on track
* Providing 1:1 and small group support where needed
* Building relationships that make a real difference to young people
What we’re looking for:
* A genuine interest in education and supporting young people
* Previous experience with children (in schools, youth work, or similar) is a bonus, but not essential
* A calm, positive approach and willingness to learn
* Reliability, flexibility and enthusiasm

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
