Join Bidwells, one of the UK’s leading property consultancies, as an Events & Marketing Executive or Senior Events & Marketing Executive (depending on experience) and play a key role primarily delivering and managing high-quality events (circa 60-70%) with the remainder supporting wider generalist marketing activity across the business. Events play a critical role in building relationships, sharing insight and supporting business growth. This hands-on Events and Marketing role will join a forward-thinking Marketing team and offers exposure to high-profile activity, opportunities to develop your marketing skill set, and the chance to work closely with experts across the business. Travel to other offices around the UK will occasionally be required. What you’ll be doing Event Management Plan, coordinate and deliver a range of in-person and online events, including seminars, conferences, roundtables, webinars, exhibitions and sponsored events. Manage all event logistics, including venues, suppliers, exhibition stand, guest registration, delegate communications, materials, budgets and on-the-day delivery. Support identification and delivery of profile-raising opportunities such as sponsorships, partnerships and speaking opportunities. Set up events within HubSpot CRM; track attendance, engagement and follow-up activity; and produce dashboards for regular reporting – including spotting, and reporting on, trends and learnings. Produce post-event debriefing, capturing insights, ROI and recommendations to inform future activity. Overall responsibility for the company online event calendar. Marketing Delivery & Support Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, working alongside senior marketers and communications specialists, ensuring activity is executed professionally, on time and to a high standard. Deliver marketing activity across key channels, including email marketing, social media, website updates and marketing collateral, producing clear, engaging copy tailored to each channel. Coordinate the production of marketing materials, ensuring consistent brand guidelines and corporate messaging. Assist with writing and scheduling email communications and social posts aligned to campaigns and events. Maintain marketing content on internal systems and the website CMS. Work collaboratively with other internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns and initiatives. About You For this Events and Marketing role, the ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in event coordination or event management, delivering multiple events of different audience sizes (e.g. roundtables, seminars, conferences), ideally within a professional services or B2B environment. Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience writing for different channels. Experience supporting wider marketing activity such as social media, website content management and marketing collateral. Confident stakeholder management and coordination skills and a collaborative working style. Strong attention to detail and a proactive, delivery-focused mindset. Good IT skills, including email marketing platforms, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and ideally webinar tools (Zoom / Teams). Willingness and ability to learn new systems. The following attributes are advantageous but not essential: Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM system for event setup, email marketing and reporting. Familiarity with design and content tools such as InDesign, Canva, PlayPlay or website CMS platforms.
