The IT Service Manager will be at the forefront of ensuring the company’s services are compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with business needs. The IT Service Manager’s role will be to lead IT service delivery and system administration teams, driving safe and efficient operations. They will have significant demonstrable experience shaping and delivering several IT projects within a multi-divisional business.
