Thrive Group are delighted to working with our client near Midsomer Norton who are looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
* Contacting clients by phone, email and letter to chase overdue invoices
* Ensuring debts are paid in a timely manner
* Negotiating payment of outstanding invoices
* Dealing with enquiries and billing queries promptly
* Arranging credit checks
* Liaison with a number of internal departments regarding payments
* Banking and allocating payments
What you will need to succeed:
* Proven credit control experience is essential
* A confident communicator over the phone as well as via email
* Adept at working under pressure where deadlines change on a regular basis
* Good levels of numeracy and problem solving skills
* IT / data entry proficiency
