What you’ll be doing
1. A key contributor to the commercial pricing strategy, helping to define an approach for new propositions that balances revenue generation, profitability, and competitiveness.
2. Set clear pricing guardrails for the Commercial Trading teams to avoid margin dilution.
3. Manage regular engagement with Commercial Trading teams to review performance and opportunities.
4. Support with the delivery of Annual Price Rise programme.
5. Analysing market dynamics, customer behaviour, and competitor pricing to develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies
6. Conduct in-depth market research to identify pricing trends, customer price sensitivity, and competitor strategies
7. Monitor pricing performance against key metrics (e.g., revenue, profit margin, market share) and make necessary adjustments
8. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding pricing strategy and potential market opportunities

What we would like to see on your CV
14. Proven experience in pricing strategy development or implementation
15. Experience in a commercial management role in a fast-paced, dynamic and innovative environment
16. Demonstrable experience of collaborating with and influencing a diverse range of stakeholders both internally and externally
17. Broad understanding of competitor landscape and UK Market
18. Basic understanding of UK Connectivity market
