Our client, a Tier 1 Main Contractor, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead refurbishment projects across the social housing sector in the East Midlands.

Role responsibilities:

Lead the successful delivery of social housing refurbishment projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and value for money
*
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners to achieve programme and budget targets
*
Oversee health, safety, and environmental standards across all works
*
Build strong relationships with clients, residents, and stakeholders
*
Report on project performance, ensuring KPIs and contractual requirements are met
What we’re looking for:

Proven experience managing refurbishment projects within social housing or similar environments
*
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
*
Knowledge of compliance, health & safety, and housing sector standards
*
Ability to drive projects forward while maintaining excellent client and resident satisfaction
What’s on offer:
