Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our clients sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling new and/or used vehicles to customers, providing an exceptional buying experience, and achieving monthly sales targets. You will act as a key liaison between the dealership and the customer, ensuring a seamless and satisfying transaction.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits.
Conduct test drives and follow up on customer inquiries.
Negotiate pricing and close sales in alignment with dealership policies.
Process all paperwork and documentation required for vehicle sales.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Assist with vehicle delivery and after-sales support.
Ensure the showroom and vehicles are presented to a high standard.
Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Goal-driven with a desire to exceed targets.
Ability to work weekends and extended hours as needed.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
