About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Metal Worker to join a well‑established and growing engineering company based in Hadleigh, Suffolk.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands‑on experience who is looking to build a long‑term career within a supportive manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist within a busy engineering and manufacturing workshop
* Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively
* Support fabrication and assembly tasks
* Carry out general workshop duties as required
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
* Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times
Requirements
* Previous experience in a manufacturing and production, labouring, or engineering environment
* Ability to use hand and power tools
* Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
* Own transport due to location
* Experience with heavy‑duty assembly or mechanical builds
* Basic welding knowledge or exposure (not essential)
