Technical Account Manager (Sales Oriented) - EMM & MDM Solutions

Remuneration: Annual base salary £60K- £85K (75% fixed) + commission 25%, Max OTE £118K

Responsibilities:
Lead the entire technical lifecycle of MDM/EMM solution deployments including solution design, integration, and deployment oversight.
Serve as the primary technical contact for key accounts in the public sector and healthcare industries, helping them enhance their technological capabilities.
Drive revenue growth through effective account management, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within your portfolio.
Engage in high-level solution workshops, quarterly business reviews, and security architecture assessments to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop strategic account plans and respond to RFPs/RFIs with both commercial insights and technical expertise.
Skills & Experience:
Demonstrable expertise in managing on-premise deployments of enterprise mobility solutions.
Proven ability to navigate complex customer relationships and procurement processes, particularly within enterprise or public sector environments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a knack for consultative selling.
Strong technical acumen coupled with significant commercial insight, allowing for effective bridging of business goals with technical solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Advanced degrees (MSc, MBA) with a focus on technology management or enterprise solutions are advantageous.
