Multi-Unit Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily guest service and store operations for 4 locations
* Train, hire, coach, and motivate team
* Ensure the highest quality in brand standards daily
* Financial and operational accountability
* Ability to create a positive and warm atmosphere
Multi-Unit Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
* Experience in multi-unit or multi-department management
* 3-4 years of experience managing and leading operations in high growth hospitality/consumer brands
* Strong leadership ability and communication skills; ability to inspire others to success
* Ability to set up efficient and effective systems in each store, and scale for growth
* Technology, POS platforms, and financial expertise
* You should have a track record of building successful teams and growing a brand to multiple locations
