Head of Professional Support Unit – Employment, Pensions & Immigration | National Role

A rare senior leadership opportunity has arisen for an experienced legal professional to lead the Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) function within a leading national Employment, Pensions & Immigration practice.

This is a strategic role focused on shaping legal knowledge, training and innovation across a fast-growing, highly regarded team.

The Opportunity

You will lead a talented PSL team, driving high-quality legal content, training delivery and knowledge management across the practice.

A key part of the role is championing digital transformation – improving how legal know-how is delivered through automation, technology and modern knowledge tools.

Working closely with partners and innovation specialists, you will play a central role in strengthening the firm’s national employment law offering and ensuring lawyers and clients stay ahead of legal and market developments.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor or senior legal professional
• Significant PSL or senior employment law experience (immigration desirable)
• Proven leadership within a PSL or knowledge role
• Strong interest in legal tech, innovation and automation
• Confident stakeholder manager and team leader
