Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations, liaising with clients and suppliers, and ensuring smooth administrative processes within a busy trading environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the management team and wider office
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer/supplier enquiries
* Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents
* Maintain accurate records of stock, orders, and customer accounts
* Assist in scheduling meetings, travel, and logistics for the team
* Support the sales team with quotations, order tracking, and documentation
* General office duties including filing, correspondence, and data entry
Skills & Qualifications
* Previous experience in administration is essential, within the dental trade, manufacturing, or healthcare-related environment
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Knowledge of dental products or medical supply industry (advantageous but not essential)
