Job Description
Reporting to the Partnerships Team Manager you will be based in our main Crewe office, responsible for owning a variety of Account Management functions for the customers referred into the Team by our diverse range of fuel card Partners.
In addition, you will be required to support a number of Sales Support responsibilities for our key Partnerships, including some reporting, key account calls and supporting bespoke card dispatch processes.
Opportunities to get involved with digital account management too.
Further progression is an option within the role, to include supporting our inbound sales functions too. This role will help provide experience into many aspects of channel sales for employees’ ongoing professional development.
Key Role Responsibilities:
* Account Management tasks done over the phone/Teams, including but not limited to welcome calls, query handling & resolution, supporting specific sales campaigns & key account maintenance
* Weekly volume and sales reporting for partners
* Owning the relationship and targets for UK fuels partners.
* Supporting the day-to-day account management of the partners
* Weekly administration for key partnership account.
Experience/Skills required:
* Experience in a Customer Service or related role
* Third party-centric focus and interest in Account Management
* Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible to accommodate and prioritize occasional short-notice requests
* Be part of a Team and collaborate with colleagues in a modern office environment
* Interest in and/or experience of Account Management, customer care or customer services
* Represent and reflect the values of Radius
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Comfortable talking on the phone / video calls
* Microsoft Outlook & Excel familiarity
* Organized & able to prioritize workload
* A background in the fuel or payments industry is welcomed, but certainly not essential
