Administrative Officer
Salary: £22,000-£24,000
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (37 hours per week)
Location: Onsite, Newtownabbey
Benefits: CEF holiday plan, pension after 3 months
About the Role
A growing specialist company is seeking an Administrative Officer to support day‑to‑day office operations across NI and England. This is a varied, hands‑on role suited to someone organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
1. First point of contact for incoming calls
2. Basic document management
3. Ordering fuel and general site supplies
4. Coordinating staff travel
5. Maintaining admin systems and databases
Accounts Support
6. Assisting with maintaining finance systems
7. Collecting and organising invoice support documentation
Human Resources
8. Maintaining employee files, payroll information, training records and timesheets
General
9. Any other duties as required as part of daily operations
Essential Criteria
10. GCSE English & Mathematics (A-C or equivalent)
11. IT qualification and experience using Microsoft Office
Desirable Criteria
12. SAGE qualification
