Experienced Heating & Plumbing Engineer - Spider is advertising on behalf of a company that specialises in high-quality new builds, property renovation, residential refurbishments and extensions across East Suffolk. They are seeking an Experienced Heating & Plumbing Engineer to join them in this permanent, full-time role based in Woodbridge, Suffolk, covering the whole of Suffolk.
Company Package
* Salary: £44,200 - £55,250 per annum (£20 – £25 per hour) (depending on experience and qualifications, plus overtime)
* Holiday: 22 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays
* Other: performance bonuses, company van, pension scheme, opportunities for qualifications and further training, as well as regular social activities.
About the role
As an Experienced Heating & Plumbing Engineer, you will be working across a variety of residential construction and refurbishment projects, delivering high-quality plumbing and heating solutions. You will be part of an experienced team of builders, tradesmen and designers, working under strong project management to ensure exceptional project delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Install, service and maintain gas, oil and heat pump heating systems
* Work on hot water cylinders
* Carry out general plumbing across residential new build and refurbishment projects
* Deliver high standards of workmanship across all assigned projects
* Work effectively as part of a wider construction and trades team
About You
As an Experienced Heating & Plumbing Engineer, you will have proven experience within the plumbing and heating industry. You will be self‑motivated, able to manage your own time effectively and work to deadlines. Gas Safe, OFTEC or heat pump qualifications are an advantage, however these can be provided to the right candidate. You will be ambitious, with a strong desire to progress within an expanding company and develop your technical skills. It is essential that you hold a valid UK Drivers Licence.
